King silent romantic love triangle melodrama (a wild story of a Wall Street mogul who goes broke, and he gets his daughter to marry a very rich creep even though she had a boyfriend, and the boyfriend is lost at sea, and is picked up by the honeymooning couple, and the rich man is told that the baby his wife is expecting is actually the boyfriend's, and he beats her, causing her to miscarry, and she leaves him, and when he learns the truth, he wants her back, but she won't return, and he ends up getting killed, which allows his widow to marry her boyfriend) starring Grace Darling, Rod LaRocque, Anders Randolf, Nita Naldi, and James Cooley NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tears and tiny paper loss down the vertical foldline. It had extra horizontal folds below the top and bottom ones, with some creases and tiny tears on the horizontal folds. It had some tears and paper loss around the edges and half of the top blank border was trimmed off. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was really nicely backed by a talented professional and displays really well. From any reasonable viewing distance, it looks great, and the restoration is only noticeable from very close up. Learn More about condition grades
