Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card #6 (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

Joe Palooka in the Squared Circle, the 1950 Reginald Le Borg boxing sports crime comedy ("Based on the comic strip by Ham Fisher"; "Story by B.F. Melzer") starring Joe Kirkwood Jr. (in the title role as Joe Palooka), James Gleason, Robert Coogan, Lois Hall, Myrna Dell, Dan Seymour, and Edgar Barrier. Note that Robert Coogan again plays "Humphrey Pennyworth", as he had in previous Joe Palooka movies, but oddly, Humphrey receives huge billing on the poster for this movie, and somehow Robert Coogan receives separate billing, even though they are the same person! If anyone knows more about this or can explain it, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good. 4" vertical scratch in the lower center of the image background as well as some minor creases and scuffs throughout the card; tack hole at upper left and right as well as a few pairs of staple holes around the edges of the card; faint stains around the edges of the card
