NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this pressbook, which we have never auctioned before, is one of the coolest and most elaborate pressbooks ever! RKO at this time did some really amazing pressbooks (including for the Disney features), and this is just as elaborate as any of those. It has a cover that is a giant folder with a spin wheel contained within it that allowed you to turn the wheel and see many different images of Astaire & Rogers dancing. It has two heralds (one a full-color one and one a newspaper style), plus six ad supplements covering different aspects of promoting the movie! See our many images to get a sense of just how cool this pressbook is! Condition: good to very good, NO CUTS. The covers are separated at the spine and there are tears and paper loss scattered down that area on both the front and back cover. There are some creases and bits of surface paper loss in the right border of the front cover. The heralds and the interior sections have slight rippling around the edges but are otherwise in pretty nice condition (see our images). Learn More about condition grades
