Note that this was one of the few Tarzan movies where there was no "Jane" at all (Maureen O'Sullivan was an MGM contract player, and the series had switched to RKO!; they explained her absence by saying that she was "visiting relatives in England"!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most half-sheet posters were folded once horizontally and once vertically right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded example of most half-sheets, especially from before 1970! Condition: good to very good. There was a 6" tear in the middle of the right border that was repaired with clear tape from the back, plus a small piece of clear tape on the front of the right blank border. There are some tiny tears, light water stains, creases, and some tiny areas of paper loss in the borders (some of the tiny tears have small pieces of clear tape on the back of them), and just a few creases scattered through the image. The bulk of the defects in this poster are in the borders, and it has had no restoration other than the clear tape that someone put on the back of the borders, and the single piece of tape on the front center of the right blank border. If this poster is given to a talented restorer, it will look wonderful after proper restoration, and there will only be a tiny amount of restoration in the image area!
