Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small tears and tiny paper loss on parts of some folds, with pinholes, small tears, tape stains, and paper loss around the edges, and a few small areas of paper loss along the area where the two sections join, and some other areas in the bottom center of the image. It also had a 9" tear in the upper left, with a small piece of brown paper glued over the middle of the tear. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
