Condition: good to very good. folded in half at one time resulting in a horizontal fold across the middle of the card; 3" vertical crease at upper right in the title area as well as some smaller creases and scuffs throughout the card; 1/2" tear in the right of the top edge of the card; note that this window card measures 12 1/4" x 22" and does not appear to be trimmed
