An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" (8x10) Movie Key Book Still (Learn More)

The Rage of Paris, the 1938 Henry Koster New York City rich-man-poor-girl romantic comedy ("A New Universal Picture"; "Original Story and Screen Play by Bruce Manning and Felix Jackson"; about a beautiful French girl in New York City, and she has no money, but she has a friend at an expensive hotel, and the friend gets her introduced to a millionaire staying there!) starring Danielle Darrieux (the French star, in her first American movie), Douglas Fairbanks Jr., Mischa Auer, Louis Hayward, and Helen Broderick. Note that Danielle Darrieux was similar to some American stars like Linda Darnell and Ann Miller in that she appeared in her first movie in France when she was just 14, because she had "matured" early. She had a major hit when she was 19 in "Mayerling", and the following year, she came to America and appeared in this movie, but did not choose to stay, and she returned to France and continued making movies, even through the Nazi Occupation. She remained a top French star for many years, and she passed away in 2017 at the age of 100!
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that there is a paper snipe glued on the back of the still that describes the scene on the front (it does not affect the front of the still). There is a stamp on the back of the still that reads, "PLEASE CREDIT PHOTO BY ED. ESTABROOK". Note that there is information about the still printed on the back. Also note that this still has three punch holes in one border, with a linen-like material on the back of that area (to reinforce the still, and it was kept in a binder, typical of some key book stills).

Condition: very good.
