Seiter silent romantic comedy farce ("From a story by Henry Irving Dodge"; about an office worker whose wife wants them to wear better clothes, and he gets an advance from work, and she starts buying them great clothes, and proving that "clothes do make the man", his luck improves greatly, and his work situation gets better and better, but he and his wife are constantly on the run from the tailor they owe lots of money to!) starring Reginald Denny (in the title role as Skinner), Laura La Plante, Ben Hendricks Jr., E.J. Ratcliffe, Arthur Lake, and Hedda Hopper NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
