An Original Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) The Mask of Dimitrios, the 1944 Jean Negulesco crime film noir mystery thriller ("The Warner Bros. Kind of Thriller!"; "From a Novel by Eric Ambler"; based on the novel 'A Coffin for Dimitrios' by Eric Ambler) starring Sydney Greenstreet, Zachary Scott (in the title role as Dimitrios Makropoulos), Faye Emerson, Peter Lorre, Victor Francen, Eduardo Ciannelli, and Kurt Katch NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm]. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So it is an original still from 1944, but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: good to very good. The still has slightly discolored unevenly (more so in the right; see our image). Otherwise, it is in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
