Marin family relationship romantic musical radio performer comedy (about a washed up actor who tries to have a new career on radio, and he accidentally causes a panic; the actor was loosely based on a combination of John Barrymore and Orson Welles) starring Frank Morgan, Virginia Grey, Dan Dailey (billed as "Dan Dailey Jr."; in his first major role!), Billie Burke, Nydia Westman, Ann Morriss, Donald Meek, Reginald Owen, Charles Holland, Leni Lynn, Virginia O'Brien, Curt Bois, Connie Gilchrist, and Sara Haden. Note that the movie includes a scene where Frank Morgan re-creates part of the movie "Boom Town" on radio, by lip syncing to the voices of the stars of that movie!
