Somerset Maugham"; about a haughty Englishwoman who goes to Canada to live with relatives, but they can't stand her, and she agrees to a pretend marriage with a neighbor to escape her relatives, but naturally, after many trials and tribulations, they end up really falling in love) starring Thomas Meighan, Mona Palma, Wyndham Standing, Dale Fuller, and Charles Winninger. Note that this movie was a re-make of the 1917 "The Land of Promise", also based on the Maugham play. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters.
