An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

The Virginia Judge, the 1935 Edward Sedgwick courtroom legal lawyer family relationship crime melodrama (about a small town southern judge who has a loser stepson, and he works hard to rehabilitate the young man and help him turn his life around) starring Walter C. Kelly (in the title role as Judge Calhoun Davis), Stepin Fetchit, Marsha Hunt, Johnny Downs, Robert Cummings (Bob Cummings; in his second credited movie role!), and Dudley Dickerson. Note that Stepin Fetchit is second billed (and very prominently over the other actors!), and he plays "Spasm Johnson", but we were unable to determine exactly where he fits in the plot (we suspect he was just there for comic relief, performing unfortunate stereotyped humor of the time).
