3 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (11x14; LCs; measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

Gallopin' Through, the 1923 Robert N. Bradbury (billed as "Robert North Bradbury") silent cowboy western ("Adapted from the story 'The Fog Man'") starring Jack Hoxie, Priscilla Bonner, Doreen Turner, Scout the horse, and Bunk the dog. Note that the director of this movie, who also wrote the screenplay, was later mostly billed as "R.N. Bradbury", and he was the father of twin boys, Bob and Bill Bradbury, and they started in their father's movies as teenagers. Bill quit making movies in 1922, but Bob changed his name to "Bob Steele" and had a successful career, appearing in a few "A" movies. Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that these are hand-colored cards. In the days of silent movies prior to the invention of good quality full-color printing, studios would have lobby cards printed in black and white and then amazingly would hire women to hand-color the cards one at a time (apparently labor was very cheap at the time)! So, each card is colored slightly differently, and the coloring is never a perfect match.

Condition: good. There is a square cut out at upper center in the bottom card pictured. There is writing on the back of each card that slightly bleeds through to the front (with some stains across the bottom of the middle card pictured).
