A 1993 Re-Release Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Teaser One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 40" [69 x 102 cm]) (Learn More) Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the classic 1937 David Hand Walt Disney animated animation family romantic fairy-tale fantasy musical cartoon ("His first full length feature production"; "In the Marvelous Multiplane Technicolor"; "Behold The Miracle of the Movies! Coming to amaze you, charm you, thrill you!"; "With Eight new songs as catching as 'The Big Bad Wolf.'"; "To thrill you"; "Merriment!"; "Melody!"; "Magic!"; "The dwarfs sing their marching song on the way to work."; "Walt Disney's first full length feature production"; "The show sensation of the generation!"; "Wondrously filmed in all the glories of the marvelous multiplane Technicolor"; "The Screen's Supreme Thrill! 1,000 artists worked three years to give you this once-in-a-lifetime show!... A full hour and a half of the most enthralling entertainment you ever experienced... truly the miracle in motion pictures!") featuring the voices of Adriana Caselotti (in the title role as Snow White), Harry Stockwell (as the Prince), Lucille La Verne, Moroni Olsen, and Stuart Buchanan. Note that this movie is always referred to as a "1937" movie, but it actually only had a limited opening in December 1937 (no doubt to qualify for the Oscars), and then it had its wide opening in February 1938. But because it is always referred to as being from 1937, we refer to it that way as well (and of course, it is technically correct). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this special teaser is printed on a special metallic silver foil. The oval area on the front of the poster works like a mirror when you stand in front of it (and the entire back is the same silver foil). This makes for a great poster, because when you stand in front of it, it is your face in the "mirror"! But there are two disadvantages. One is that the poster is almost impossible to photograph, because the mirror reflects the camera (and any light shining on it). We did the best we could by "blocking" the reflection with white cardboard (though, one can see our camera in the center of the mirror), but know that our digital photograph can not show the mirror without a reflection. The second is that the mirror area and the back of the poster scuff incredibly easily! The person who owned this poster kept a sheet of special conservation paper over it that kept the front from scuffing, but the back has picked up many scuffs (certainly not very important). We will ship the poster rolled with the special paper on the face of it to protect it. Note that this one-sheet measures 27" x 40" [69 x 102 cm]. Condition: good to very good.
