The poster had some "crinkle" marks scattered throughout and some scuffs and tiny water stains in the white background areas. There were some creases and tiny tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and linenbacking and restoration have greatly decreased how noticeable the "crinkle" marks and scuffs are, but you can still see some signs of them.
