An Original Vintage Autographed Color 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Donald Rumsfeld is a former politician and businessman from the 1960s to the 2000s. He was the U.S. Secretary of Defense under President George W. Bush from 2001 to 2006. Rumsfeld played a central role in the planning of the United States' response to the September 11 attacks, which included two wars, one in Afghanistan and one in Iraq. As of 2021, he is still alive at the age of 88. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Donald Rumsfeld! Note that our consignor started obtaining autographs in person decades ago when he would go to premieres and other places that celebrities appeared. He has continued this hobby throughout the years, and now he has reached an age where he has consigned some of his vast collection to us. Most of his autographs were obtained in person, but some were obtained through the mail. Both we and our consignor feel that the autograph on this item is authentic, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity. Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall!
