Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two examples of this first release British quad, which is a "country of origin" poster for this English movie, and those sold for $1,300 and $260 (the one that sold for less was in much lesser condition)! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had an extra horizontal fold 1" below the regular one. It had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and tiny bits of paper loss on the middle horizontal fold, with minor wear on the other folds. It had pinholes, creases, tears, and tiny paper loss around the edges, and some smudges in the gold area at upper center. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
