An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 40") (Learn More) The French Line, the 1954 Lloyd Bacon 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) Paris France romantic musical comedy ("Songs as Gay as Champagne!"; "That Picture! That Dance! - you've heard so much about!"; "J.R. in 3D! That's all, Brother!"; "J.R. in 3D! Need we say more?"; "It'll knock Both your eyes out!"; produced by Howard Hughes) starring Jane Russell, Gilbert Roland, Arthur Hunnicutt, Mary McCarty, and Joyce Mackenzie NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet has been trimmed and it now measures 27" x 40". Also note that this movie was originally in 3-D. The studios created both 3D posters and 2D posters (the 2-D posters were for theaters that lacked the 3-D equipment). This poster is from the "2-D" release. Condition: poor. Apparently, someone had an intense dislike for Jane Russell, as they drew on her face and wrote on her chest and body. Someone has covered up the writing with pieces of brown tape on the front of the poster. However, they did a very poor job and would probably had been better off if they had just left the poster alone. Also note that t he bottom border has been unevenly trimmed. It is possible that a talented restorer could repair the damaged areas, however, please do not bid unless you can accept this poster's significant defects! Learn More about condition grades
