Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster had small paper loss at some crossfolds and some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss on parts of some foldlines. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but at some point after it was backed, it acquired water staining down the right edge, which affected both the excess linen and the poster in some areas (see our image). Please do not bid unless you can accept this significant defect, or are willing to have further restoration performed, because the poster definitely needs it.
