The Brown Derby was the name for a chain of restaurants in California. The first restaurant opened in 1926, and was shaped like a hat! There were several locations, including one in Hollywood, but sadly they all closed by the 1980s.

Important Added Info: Note that this menu has been personally autographed (signed) by actress/singer Belle Baker! Apparently, a woman named Mrs. Rice came up to her at this famous restaurant and asked her to sign the back of her menu, and she wrote a long inscription (perhaps they were friends).
