An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 25" x 38 1/2") (Learn More) A Daughter of the Law, the 1921 Jack Conway silent police family relationship crime thriller ("Universal Special Attraction"; about the son and daughter of a police inspector, and the son falls in with a gang of thieves, and the daughter tries to get him to go straight) starring Carmel Myers, John B. O'Brien, Fred Kohler, Jack Walters and Dick La Reno NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair to good. The poster had significant areas of paper loss down the top half of the vertical foldline and an area of paper loss in the lower part of the girl's dress and some smaller areas of paper loss on parts of the other foldlines. There were creases, tears, and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. Given the substantial defects, the poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the restoration of the above defects, especially in the face of the man at center.
