An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Eagle, the 1925 Clarence Brown silent Russia royal court romantic love triangle military melodrama ("Screen story by Hans Kraly"; about a Russian Cossack who spurns Catherine the Great, and she retaliates by stealing his property, and he becomes a masked avenger, getting vengeance, and falling in love with the daughter of the man who killed his father) starring Rudolph Valentino, Vilma Banky, Louise Dresser, Albert Conti, James A. Marcus, and Gary Cooper (in an uncredited bit part) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. There are some faint water stains in the cloak of the border art and just above his head, with a few scattered around the figure. There are some creases and smudges around the edges of the card, with a small tear in the center of the top blank border. The card was attached to a mat at one time with glue on the back of each corner, and the center of the bottom border, and there is residue of that glue in each of those areas (and that glue accounts for the smudges in those areas on the front). Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
