The International Encyclopedia of Film, the 1972 Dr. Roger Manvell & Professor Lewis Jacobs illustrated book ("Over 1000 black-and-white illustrations, 32 colour pages, chronology, over 1000 biographies, index of over 6500 films, index of over 3000 people"; "Articles on national industries, film archives, the avant-garde, animation, censorship, children's films, cinematography, design, documentaries, editing film, journalism, music, newsreels, posters, publicity and screenwriting") detailing the history of film and film-makers
Important Added Info: Note that this is the second edition from 1975 in its original dust jacket. We have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads.

Note that on all hardcover books, the buyer must pay the actual cost of shipping (but if you solely buy books, or if you want the books shipped separately, they can be shipped in the U.S. only via "Media Mail", which is much less expensive than Priority Mail; unfortunately, there is no similar service outside the U.S. to Media Mail). So bear the above in mind before placing a bid on this book.

Condition: very good. There is minor scuffing on the dust jacket.
