An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Thai Movie Poster (measures 21 1/2" x 31" [55 x 79 cm]) (Learn More) Ants, the 1978 Robert Scheerer (billed as "Robert Sheerer") theatrical release of the made-for-television (TV) insect horror thriller starring Robert Foxworth, Lynda Day George, Suzanne Somers ("as Gloria"), Myrna Loy (billed as "Special Appearance by Myrna Loy as Ethel"), and Gerald Gordon. Note that this movie premiered on TV in December of 1977 as It Happened at Lakewood Manor, and Suzanne Somers was 11th billed in the credits and had around 10 minutes of screen time. Somers' TV show Three's Company premiered in March of 1977 and she became so popular that New Line Cinema released this film theatrically in 1978 as Ants, and Somers was third billed with the one-sheet showing a topless Somers covered in ants. It too features the one-sheet image of topless Susannne Sommers covered in ants. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has creases scattered in various areas (especially along portions of the folds and at left where there are some pairs of staple holes).
