If You Don't Want Me Blues, the 1921 sheet music song ("As rendered by Mamie Smith and her Jazz Hounds") by Perry Bradford. Note that Mamie Smith has a very important place in jazz history! She made the first recording of vocal blues by an African American artist, which was "Crazy Blues" in 1920, and it was a million copy seller and a huge success. We imagine that this song was a follow-up to that song.
