Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has some creases and scuffs around the edges with some other scuffs in portions of the art in the upper half and smaller areas in the lower half. Overall the poster is generally in pretty nice condition and it could be displayed as is, or after some restoration is performed it would look great!
