The poster is in much lesser condition. There are several defects scattered along the edges and foldlines/crossfolds and there are several significant areas of foldline and/or crossfold separation. MANY of the defects have been repaired with masking tape from the back that bleeds through to the front (MANY of the folds and edges are backed by tape). Some amateur restoration was performed at center.
