Sean O'Casey's The Plough and the Stars, the 1936 John Ford Ireland Irish Rebellion farming romantic melodrama ("The flaming torch of civil war sets fire to the world!"; based on the play by Sean O'Casey) starring Barbara Stanwyck, Preston Foster, Una O'Connor, Barry Fitzgerald, Dennis O'Dea, Eileen Crowe, F.J. McCormick, "and Players from the Abbey Theatre Dublin Irish Free State"

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).

Condition: fine. This glass slide is in really excellent condition, and we feel that EVERY collector would be happy to own it. It IS possible it may have a MINOR defect or defects, but nothing at all significant. But we bet many dealers would call items in this grade "mint" or "near mint"!
