The Big Men Clash - And Nothing Can Match Them!"; "as the raiders on horseback who rode like thunder... And struck like lightning!"; "John Ford's Thundering Spectacle"; "John Ford's Towering Spectacle"; "Exciting New Album!"; "Written for the screen by John Lee Mahin and Martin Rackin") starring John Wayne, William Holden, Constance Towers, Althea Gibson (the champion tennis player, in her only movie role; she was the first black woman to win Wimbledon!), Hoot Gibson, Denver Pyle, Strother Martin, and William Wellman Jr.

Condition: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at several crossfolds and some creases, tears, and tiny areas of paper loss in parts of some foldlines and some pinholes, smudges, stains, and tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Note that at some point after linenbacking, the poster was roughly handled and there is now a 5" crease in the very bottom center of the poster (in both the linen and the poster, just above the word "DeLuxe").
