An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 7 3/4" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Rod Steiger (born Rodney Steven Steiger) was an actor from the 1950s to the 2000s. Some of his movies include: On The Waterfront (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), A Month of Sundays, The Kid, Mars Attacks!, Pawnbroker (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), No Way to Treat a Lady, and In The Heat Of The Night (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film). He passed away in 2002 at the age of 77. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Rod Steiger! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! Also note that this still measures 7 3/4" x 10" [20 x 25 cm], but it has not been trimmed.
