Barrows"; about a singing waiter who becomes a Broadway star, and he gets married and has a child, but then his wife leaves him for a gangster; that causes him to become massively depressed, and he ends up a bum, but gets his old job back as a waiter, where a friendly cigarette girl helps him make a comeback; but then his son dies the night of his return to the stage, and he sings his son's favorite song!) starring Al Jolson, Betty Bronson, Josephine Dunn, Arthur Housman, Reed Howes, Davey Lee, and Edward Martindel NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good. There are some 4" and smaller tears around the edges of the poster and there are some areas of minor separation along the foldlines that have been neatly repaired with conservation tape from the back. There are two 1/4" punch holes at upper left in Jolson's image, at upper right in the "N" in "SINGING", and at lower left and right in the first "O" and in the "N" in "JOLSON" (each of these have been repaired with what appears to be paper and glue from the back and some paint from the front). Overall, the poster is in generally nice condition considering its age and I am sure many collectors would be happy to display it as is but it would greatly benefit from restoration and after linenbacking it would display great!
