It is both the NSS style (see below) and it is also unfolded! Of the 352 first release Back to the Future one-sheets that we have auctioned, there are 6 times as many studio style one-sheets as there are NSS styles. But the fact that this is unfolded makes it far more rare! Of the unfolded one-sheets that we have sold, only one in 20 have been unfolded AND NSS style! What does "NSS style" mean? It has full NSS information in the bottom border. Note that sometime in the late 1970s, both the National Screen Service and the movie studios would sometimes print posters for the same film. Both posters would have the same images and art but the studio-printed posters would lack some or all of the NSS identification information normally found at the bottom of posters printed by the National Screen Service. Both are theatrical posters and 100% original. The poster offered here was printed by the National Screen Service, and was never folded! Condition: good. The poster was never folded. It is very lightly rippled (not very noticeable unless one looks at the poster at an angle). Despite the very light rippling the poster can be displayed well from a reasonable viewing distance (see our image) but bear in mind its condition before bidding. Learn More about condition grades
