Important Added Info: Note that most half-sheets for this movie that we have previously sold have had a large snipe over the middle right tagline area. This was because that long tagline contained the sentence "Filmed in Giant Panamation". Apparently, there was some kind of legal dispute over this, or perhaps the process was never actually used. Only a few half-sheets exist without having or having had a snipe in that area, and this one is one of them! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note that this poster has been paperbacked. What IS paperbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. Prior to paperbacking, the poster had never been folded and it had a few smudges and tiny tears around the edges and a few smudges in the white background areas. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to paperbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did little restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and any restorer could touch them up without re-backing the poster).
