Green silent family relationship value-of-money romantic melodrama (based on the story "by Ben Ames Williams"; about a rich man who has a son without purpose, but then when the father and son are driving, the son almost runs over a blind man, who curses the son, saying "I hope you will get everything you want", and later the father asks the blind man what that meant, and the blind man says that when you have everything, nothing has any meaning, and the rich man sets out to make the prophecy come true by giving his son absolutely anything he wants, including a beautiful girlfriend, and against all odds, it works, and the son reforms) starring Jack Pickford, Lionel Belmore, Priscilla Bonner, Shannon Day, and Alec B. Francis NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these are hand-colored cards. In the days of silent movies prior to the invention of good quality full-color printing, studios would have lobby cards printed in black and white and then amazingly would hire women to hand-color the cards one at a time (apparently labor was very cheap at the time)! So, each card is colored slightly differently, and the coloring is never a perfect match. Condition: good to very good. Note that these lobby cards have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they have never had any restoration of any kind! Learn More about condition grades
