An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) Tony Randall was a film, stage and radio actor from the 1950s to the 2000s. Some of his roles include: Let's Make Love, Send Me No Flowers, Pillow Talk, and The Seven Faces of Dr. Lao. He appeared in several TV series over a 30 year span, most notably "The Odd Couple". He passed away in 2004 at the age of 84. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Tony Randall! He sent this to the person who sent him a TV still from 1961, from when Tony Randall appeared in "Summer on Ice", an NBC TV movie (which he autographed and which we are auctioning in a separate auction). That person sent Mr. Randall the 1961 still in 1976, and he wrote on it, "If you like this 20 year old picture, fine", because obviously Mr. Randall didn't remember that it was 15 years old, not 20, or he was exaggerating! He also sent this second photo (a current reproduction) of how he looked in 1976, and he signed this photo, adding "But this is what I look like now.", and he dated it. This auction is for the "this is what I look like now" REPRODUCTION photo (and the other photo is in a separate auction). Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who has been a major movie memorabilia dealer from the 1970s on. He purchased the signed photos that were in the inventory of a long running Hollywood memorabilia store, and he has consigned a large number of them to us, and we are auctioning them here, including this item. The store would get items signed when celebrities visited them, and they also bought collections of signed items, but of course only when they were convinced that they were genuine! Both we and our consignor feel it is extremely likely that the autograph on this item is authentic, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
