I've caught you, and by heaven, I'm going to keep you!"; "Screenplay by Jay Presson Allen"; "From the Novel by Winston Graham"; about a man marrying a habitual thief in order to try and help her, but he also rapes her, and I'm not sure how that helps!) starring Tippi Hedren (in the title role as Marnie), Sean Connery, Diane Baker, Martin Gabel, and Louise Latham NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these two stills are from the sequence in the movie where Tippi Hedren, with her hair supposedly "dyed black", but actually wearing a dark wig, preparing to steal a lot of money. When this sequence appears in the movie, you only see her from behind, so that you don't know for sure whether Hedren's character has really stolen the money. But the person preparing stills did not know this, and they included these two, which clearly show Hedren's face from that sequence, completely killing the suspense. We don't know i these actually made it to theaters, or if this mistake was caught in time! Our consignor purchased these over 40 years ago, and they are the only such stills he has ever seen, so they would seem to be incredibly rare! Finally note that we have pictured the back of each of these stills so that bidders can see the snipes on the back. Condition: very good. The stills are in pretty nice condition!
