Kramer and the Dakotas, Peter and Gordon, Billie Davis, Sounds Incorporated, Tommy Quickly and the Remo Four, The Spencer Davis Group, "and The Beatles", and Jimmy Savile (billed as "Introduced by Jimmy Savile").
