Date Sold 2/19/2015 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 4 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Two and Two Make Six (also released as "Girl Swappers"), the 1961 Freddie Francis English romantic comedy ("They swapped partners ...switched romances ...and stole each other's hearts!"; "He had the wrong girl - she had the wrong boy - but they both had the right idea!") starring George Chakiris (billed as "Academy Award Winner George Chakiris"), Janette Scott, Alfred Lynch, and Jackie Lane. Note that Janette Scott is best remembered for her starring role in "Day of the Triffids" in 1963, which was immortalized in the lyrics of the song from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" that says "And I really got hot When I saw Janette Scott fight a triffid that spits poison and kills." She divorced her first husband and married Mel Torme in 1966, which pretty much ended her career, as she quickly had two children. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that only 4 lobby cards were produced for this movie, and this is the complete set. It was quite common for studios to only make sets of four for short subjects or low budget movies (or re-releases of big budget movies), because it allowed them to print the sets at half the cost, and on shorts and low budget movies, they tried to save money any way they could (especially since it is likely few theaters even bothered to order lobby cards for these titles, since they were likely shown in addition to a better movie).
