The spring was purchased by Dr. Louis Perrier in 1898 and turned into a commercial spa. Perrier is now owned by Nestle and is available in 140 countries.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had some minor creases scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was mounted onto a linen backing, and the top and bottom edges of the linen were folded back over and attached, so that a rod could be inserted through the excess in each area, and the poster could be displayed without being framed.
