An Original Vintage 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Decca Records Still (Learn More) Carmen Cavallaro was a singer and pianist from the 1930s to the 1980s, nicknamed the 'Poet of the Piano'. Some of his works include: Dancing in the Dark, Getting Sentimental and My Silent Love. He passed away in 1989 at the age of 76. Important Added Info: Note that this still is one of a remarkable group of deluxe Decca Records Jazz portraits that was just discovered! Each is printed on a high quality paper stock, and each has a FACSIMILE autograph that is within the printing of the still (the still has NOT been personally autographed). They surely date from the early 1940s, based on the stars contained within, and the records listed on the back of each. We have never seen or sold any of these before!
