Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had some tears in the top and bottom borders that extended into the image. It had pinholes in the corners and it had a horizontal fold across the lower part of the image going through the date below the artist's signature, and some tears in the image below that fold. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
