UPDATED 06/07/2019: Note that we have updated the Condition information. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but when someone was trimming off most of the excess linen, they caused slight paper loss in several areas around the edges of the borders, and also a crease and tiny paper loss in the left of the top blank border (see our image).
