Date Sold 1/17/2013Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 5 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) Ethel Barrymore was a legendary actress of the 1900s to the 1950s, who primarily appeared on the stage, but who appeared in several movies over the years, some of which include: Deadline-U.S.A., None But The Lonely Heart (winner of the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Portrait of Jennie, The Spiral Staircase (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), The Farmer's Daughter, Pinky (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Paradine Case (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), and Moonrise. She was of course the sister of famed actors Lionel and John Barrymore, and they only appeared in one movie together, "Rasputin and the Empress". Ethel passed away in 1959 at the age of 79.
