Important Added Info: Note that this script is the revised final draft from August 25, 1959 and the screenplay was written by Isobel Lennart Also note that this auction also includes the printed envelope this item originally came with! Also note that there are a multitude of blue, yellow, and gold revision pages from many different dates from between 9/26/59 and 12/31/59 (apparently this script was revised over and over, which must have driven the actors crazy!). Included with the script is a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" 4-page synopsis of the movie, plus a 2-page 8 1/2" x 11" stapled synopsis of the movie, plus a 6-page stapled "production notes" on the movie, including information about the actors. Included with the above are 50 stills from the movie, 45 of which measure 8" x 10", and 5 measure 7" x 9", but they have not been trimmed. Together with all of the above is a printed envelope from Warner Bros. with an address label on it, addressed to "Gerald P. Meyer W N Y E", and it was mailed November 29, 1960 (when the movie was opening in New York). Note: We have 11 images of the movie scripts in this set, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 11 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 1. Condition: good to very good. The script itself has smudges and stains on the cover. The pages are lightly rippled around the edges, but none are stuck together, and it is truly light rippling. The stills, few of which have studio snipes attached, are mostly in "very good" condition, but some have discolored unevenly, including all five that measure 7" x 9" (we have pictured all the stills). See our multiple images to get a good sense of the exact condition of this script. Learn More about condition grades
