An Autographed 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Conrad Brooks was an actor and director from the 1950s to the 2000s. He is certainly best remembered for his appearances in several of Ed Wood's best (worst?) movies! Some of his movies include: Plan 9 From Outer Space, Glen or Glenda, Ed Wood, and The Beast of Yucca Flats. He passed away in 2017 at the age of 86. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Conrad Brooks! Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm]. Finally, note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who has been a major movie memorabilia dealer for many years. During that time, he would regularly purchase collections of movie memorabilia from both collectors and people who worked on movies, and in some of those collections he purchased many autographed items, and sometimes he met with celebrities and had them autograph items he owned in person. Both we and our consignor feel it is extremely likely that the autograph on this item is authentic, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity. Condition: very good to fine.
