An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Two-Panel (known in Italy as a "4 Fogli") Movie Poster (2p; measures 55" x 78" [140 x 198 cm]) (Learn More) Il fiore dai petali d'acciaio (released in the U.S. in 1976 as "Flower with the Deadly Sting"), the 1973 Gianfranco Piccioli Italian/Spanish mystery thriller starring Gianni Garko, Carroll Baker, Ivano Staccioli, Pilar Velasquez, and Paola Senatore. Note that Carroll Baker had had a significant career in U.S. movies, starting with "Baby Doll" in 1954 and continuing through "Harlow" in 1965. But after that, good parts in the U.S. became scarce, and she made an Italian/Spanish movie, "L'Harem", and apparently liked it, because she moved to Europe, where she spent several years making mostly Italian and German movies, before getting married in 1982.
