An Original Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Martha Raye was an actress and comedienne from the 1930s to the 1980s, known affectionately as "The Big Mouth". She had seven husbands, and four of them were in a seven year span! Some of her movies include: Monsieur Verdoux, Hellzapoppin', Never Say Die, and Alice in Wonderland. Toward the end of her life, she made memorable TV commercials for Polident, the denture cleaner! She passed away in 1994 at the age of 78. Important Added Info: Note that this still was once autographed by Miss Raye, but sadly, she used a pen that virtually completely faded over time! By tilting the still to the light, you can see that the inscription read "To Michael - All my love, Martha Raye", but when you look at the still straight on, it is really invisible (but of course, this is still a great original 1938 still)!
