Condition: good to very good. There are some brown water stains around the edges of the card and in the white rectangle at top right, and a much lesser number within the image. They are not all that distracting, but I certainly think any talented restorer could greatly reduce or remove the water stains through chemical means, and then only do very slight paint touch up to the card. Other than the water stains, the card is in pretty nice condition, and I think it would look fantastic after professional restoration, but I could understand someone displaying it on their wall just as it is. Note that this lobby card has no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and has never had any restoration of any kind! Learn More about condition grades
