We have only previously auctioned a lobby card, two glass slides, and some stills from this movie until we received this one-sheet! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had some creases and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds. It had pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. It had some smudges, stains, and scuffs scattered throughout. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects, and the restorer touched up many of the blue background areas, where there had been stains and smudges.
