It includes blue and yellow revision pages from 10/3/61 and 10/12/61. Note that because this script has "Anna McKim" written at the top, we would think it was surely the property of the actress who played Anna McKim. IMDb says that this character only appeared in this one episode, and that it was played by actress Julie Adams, so we would think this was Miss Adams' copy of the script!
